Casey and her stepmother Janice discuss the cost of a new uniform, required wearing for a nurse's aide. After Casey completes her vocational training in December, she hopes to get a job in the area?and finish high school in June. CK

"I don't care what people say anymore...when I first started high school there were alot of rumors, they'd say my baby's father was my brother-or my mom's boyfriend. They'd make me cry everyday. People are always going to talk, I just had to learn to keep my chin up." said 17-year-old Casey Brammer.

Requirements for a Certified Nurses Assistant certificate means hours of observation and hands-on training by professional staffers at Colonial nursing home. Casey expects to complete her certificate requirements in December. ck
