Chris Hamilton and best buddy Charles "Chink" Lancaster met at Little League and have shared a unique bond ever since. As part of tradition because they were born eight days apart, they have lunch annually. This year honored the big 4-0 for both.

Editor and General Manager Chris Hamilton of The Lebanon Enterprise dismantles an 100 year old Oak tree which fell to the ground after a wind storm on property that he grew up on as a child and now raises his own family on. He and his family were said to see this tree all but Chris "like an Indian"plans to recycle every part of it in it's honor.

J.E. Settles fills a van load of old The Lebanon Enterprise newspapers that are taken to the All-Weather Insulation Company to be recycled into insulation and other special materials used for mining. Editor and General Manager Chris Hamilton ties more bundles to add to the pile.

Editor and General Manager Chris Hamilton of The Lebanon Enterprise comes home after work and greets his nine year old daughter Mary Helen who is known as the "prodigy". Mary Helen teaches classes at the local dance school in town and is going to begin taking several 6th grade level classes because she is so bright. Chris takes Mary Helen to school each morning where they hold hands and give each other kisses "and change" (more kisses) before she heads out.

Chris Hamilton, Editor and Manager of the Lebanon Enterprise even smiles at the dentist who is "Dr. Bob" otherwise known Dr. Robert H. Smith during an annual check up. Here he jokes with hygenist Jennifer Ford on how fast her husband drives.
