Wesley and Mary Onita Corn sit across from each other while visting the two spend a lot of time in their home together in Golden Acres Trailor Court Co., which they started in 1970. Altough they still run the business, much of the work is done by thier daughter Emma Denton. Wesley Corn, 92, of Lawrenceburg, Ky., lives with his wife of 67 years, Mary Onita Corn, 84. Their daughter, Emma Denton, also lives with the couple to help her mother care for Corn who has been down for three years due to heart problems.

A native to Anderson Co. Rebecca Gray is known to most as a poet. One night sitting in her small yellow house on Lincoln Street Rebecca heard a voice that told her she needed to write. "So I went to the kitchen table with a pencil and paper and started to write,"the 81-year-old poet said. "I didn't know what to write but I thought poetry would be the best thing."

Becky heads out of her house to catch her ride on the senior citizens bus which takes her to Kroger every Thursday. The bus ride is providedby the Adult Day Center which Becky visits every Wednesday and Thursday to visit friends and play games. "I reckon they all right, it's really exciting to have a place to go."

One of Bill's favorite things to do is go down to the Bluebird and wait for a dance at the bar. Dispite all of his frineds Bill still feels lonleless and has a hard time going home at night. "I cry every night," he said. "I don't want to be here anymore. I miss my wife, my life used to be good, it's not anymore."
